1. Build and develop a robust IT and Digital Transformation capability through top management engagement
2. Develop IT policies, architecture framework and procedures as part of IT governance and delivery
3. Provide advice for IT system procurement and design the roadmap for all future acquisitions
4. Prepare the Digital Transformation plan in phases and guide respective teams for successful implementation
